Nancy Paluch Tassi
1989 Illinois State University, Normal, Illinois, Bachelor of Science, Business Management Nancy Paluch Tassi has an extensive career in business, concentrating in the energy industry. Her experience spans developing, implementing and managing departments within start-up companies. Nancy’s background is in operations, billing, contract administration, product development, customer care and marketing. In 1996, while pursuing her law degree, Nancy accepted a position as Supervisor, Site Acquisition & Leasing at the law firm of Richard Connor Riley & Associates in Burr Ridge, Illinois. Nancy’s business acumen was recognized in 1997 when she became a member of the executive management team that created Peoples Energy Services Corporation, a subsidiary of Peoples Energy Corporation. As Vice President of Operations and Business Development, she contributed to creating the business strategy; participated on the merger and acquisition team; and created and implemented marketing plans. During the years of 2001 through 2004, Nancy concentrated her efforts on MNT Enterprises, Ltd., a corporation formed by her and her husband wherein she worked in the areas of energy consulting, residential real estate and small business management and investment. In 2002, Nancy started her family with the arrival of two daughters. In March 2005, Nancy joined Christine Righeimer in her legal practice, resulting in the creation of Righeimer & Tassi, P.C., which allowed Nancy to merge her unique hands-on business experience and her legal expertise. Nancy continues to manage the operations of MNT Enterprises, Ltd. on a part-time basis but her family and the recording of her family memories in scrapbooks fill her free time when not working for the firm.
