January 2008 Informational Letter

Happy New Year business owners! Here at RaT, we are looking forward to a peaceful, prosperous and less litigious ‘08 for our clients.

On that note, please allow this letter to serve as our friendly reminder that this is a great time to review your corporate books, bylaws, resolutions, operating agreements and the like to make sure you are taking all the right steps towards maintaining limited liability and keeping your company in good standing.

Don’t forget to schedule that yearly meeting, keep all your books and records up to date and schedule a meeting with your business accountant to make sure you are operating as tax effectively as possible in ‘08. (If you don’t have a business accountant, we have an awesome referral).
